    Join Sophie Barsalow for breath-centered yoga classes accessible to all levels and students of yoga seeking calm, connection, meditation, strength, flexibility, and balance.  Through creative asana sequences and class themes, this mindful approach to yoga explores informed alignment techniques, body and breath awareness, and reveals inner truths and intuitive wisdom.  Come as you are, be yourself, and experience the moving meditation that is Hatha Yoga.
