    Dec. 22, 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 23, 2 p.m.

Shen Yun Performing Arts, a decade-old, globally-acclaimed, New-York-based, non-profit dance and music company, is returning to the Flynn Center at 7:30 pm on Friday, Dec. 22 and 2:00 pm on Saturday, Dec. 23.

Shen Yun’s classical Chinese dances have been handed down for five millennia. Its story dances portray universally shared cultural values. Its folk dances portray cultural diversities of over 50 ethnic groups scattered throughout China. The dances are further enhanced by Shen Yun’s original music compositions performed by its one-of-a-kind East-meets-West live orchestra. Together with its brilliant custom-made costumes, its state-of-the-art digital backdrops, and its world-class soloists performing songs sung in the bel canto technique with messages that are at once somber and uplifting – all combined to make Shen Yun a show for the whole family, a show not to be missed.

Let Shen Yun soar your spirit to the heights of this arena of beauty, purity, and integrity for an experience of a lifetime.
